WELDWOOD Multi-Purpose Floor Adhesive (1)
DAP Weldwood Multi-Purpose Floor Adhesive is a high-strength, resin/latex-based flooring adhesive designed for a wide range of applications. This versatile floor glue delivers long-lasting tack for easy repositioning and allows air pocket removal the following day. Designed for use over dry, fully cured concrete, flooring-grade plywood, particle board, and other approved surfaces, it forms a strong, water-resistant bond for installations on, above, or below grade. Suitable for use as a vinyl floor glue adhesive, it works well with felt-backed sheet goods, vinyl composition tile, cork or rubber tile, and carpets backed with polypropylene, jute, rubber (sponge or foam), closed cell urethane, unitary latex, woven, and hot melt materials. The adhesive offers quick grab, resists slippage, is nonflammable, VOC compliant, and exceeds ANSI 136.1 Type I standards. Pre-testing is recommended for unfamiliar materials, as the adhesive is not suitable for solid vinyl flooring or open-cell urethane-backed carpet.

Can this product be used to install solid vinyl flooring?
This product is not designed for solid vinyl tiles/sheet goods or open cell urethane-backed carpeting, only felt backed sheet goods.
Can I apply this to fresh concrete?
Concrete floors must be fully cured (not less than 28 days after pouring) and be free of excessive moisture, alkalinity and water pressure. Perform standard moisture and alkalinity tests if necessary.
