Built on the Triple Action Advantage, it guns and tools smoothly in temperatures from 20°F to 120°F, bonds directly to wet and damp surfaces, and forms a permanently flexible, 100% crackproof and waterproof seal. Rain ready and paintable in just 30 minutes with most latex and oil-based paints, it adheres to wood, vinyl, fiber cement, brick, concrete, stucco, and most common building materials — no priming required in most cases. It meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, with ±50% dynamic joint movement and a service temperature range of -30°F to 160°F. Backed by a lifetime mold, mildew, and algae resistance guarantee.
