Flows smoothly into gaps to create a durable barrier that prevents water infiltration helping to avoid ice damage and surface deterioration. Holding up in the harshest conditions, it provides a robust, waterproof, and weatherproof seal. Resists UV exposure, temperature changes and other such elements. Sealant will not bubble in hot weather or crack in cold weather and resists oil, grease and salt. Driesinto a matte black finish, it can be further coated with asphalt or tar-based driveway treatments.
