The adhesive can be applied on wet or damp surfaces and even adheres underwater. It’s tack-free in 3 hours and rain-ready immediately, providing a high-strength cure of up to 12,000 psi (ASTM D6951). Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it’s moldable, paintable, and has low odor.
