DESCRIPTION

SMOKE & SOUND smoke, acoustical, and draft sealant is designed to reduce sound transmission, smoke migration, and air drafts in wall and floor systems. The formula tools smoothly, becomes paintable in about 4 hours, and cures in approximately 3 days. It has been tested for flame spread and smoke development and meets multiple ASTM specifications. SMOKE & SOUND smoke, acoustical, and draft sealant is paintable, low in odor, and cleans up with water. It is suitable for use on perimeter joints, runners, electrical boxes, piping, and ductwork.
