DESCRIPTION
DAP DYNAFLEX Gutter and Narrow Seam Sealant is a high-performance, single-component elastomeric sealant that effectively forms a durable, watertight seal for small joints and narrow seams, in gutter and flashing applications. It is designed to withstand extreme weather and temperature fluctuations without cracking or losing adhesion. Versatile in application, it adheres well to various surfaces, including common gutter, flashing, and roofing materials. Formulated for use in challenging conditions such as cold or high temperatures, wet surfaces, and standing water. Rain ready within 30 minutes without washing out, it is 100% waterproof, weatherproof and UV resistant. For exterior use, product will not harden, yellow, shrink or breakdown over time. It offers excellent workability and improved productivity with an easy-to-apply formula, smooth tooling, low odor, and quick rain readiness.

How to Use
For Most Effective Application
Apply when surface temperature is between 20°F and 120°F. For exterior use only.
Proper Surface Preparation
Surface should be clean and free of old sealant, dirt and other contamination.
Measure Gap Depth
Gap depth should be no larger than 1/2" deep for optimal adhesion.
For Best Results
Gutter runs should not exceed 50 feet, to limit the effects of thermal expansion due to temperature changes. Not recommended for continuous underwater use, high temperature surfaces or for surface defects. Store below 80°F in a dry place.
