DESCRIPTION

DAP Gutter & Flashing Advanced VOC-Compliant Exterior Sealant is an advanced polymer exterior sealant that seals gutters and flashing with a flexible bead that blocks water. Use this gutter and flashing exterior sealant where movement and weather can cause leaks around exterior joints. This VOC-compliant formula forms a watertight, weatherproof seal that stays flexible through temperature swings and changing conditions. It withstands up to plus or minus 25% total joint movement and creates a 100% waterproof, weatherproof seal. It is rain-ready and paint-ready in 1 hour. Gutter & Flashing adheres to aluminum, steel, galvanized surfaces, PVC, concrete, wood, and painted surfaces for dependable sealing across common gutter and flashing materials. It is paintable, low odor, and applies in wet weather and low temperatures from 20ºF to 120ºF. Meets ASTM C920, Class 25, and has virtually no VOCs, less than 1%. It is shrink and crack proof for long-lasting exterior joints.
