DAP All Purpose Adhesive & Filler

DAP All-Purpose Adhesive & Filler is a 3-in-1 technology that allows you to bond, build & repair most porous and non-porous surfaces. This two-component epoxy is easy to use and non-sag, making it suitable for horizontal, vertical and overhead repairs. It has an extended working time of 20 minutes providing excellent shaping and molding abilities to re-create broken areas. It can be applied on wet or damp surfaces, as well as adhere underwater. It is tack-free in 3 hours. Complies with ASTM C 881 Type I, II, III, IV, Class C, Grade 3. Interior/Exterior use.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of all foreign material. For best adhesion, roughen surface
prior to application. If applying on new concrete, concrete should be a minimum of 28 days old.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

1. Apply in temperatures between 40ºF and 110ºF. Do not apply when freezing temperatures are forecasted
within 24 hours.
2. Remove plastic cap. Remove plug from threaded end of cartridge. Attach self-mixing nozzle to cartridge by
twisting nozzle clockwise.
3. Load cartridge into a standard caulk gun; for easy application, use a heavy duty professional 26:1 ratio
caulking gun.
4. Dispense a small amount of material until a uniform gray color is achieved to ensure it is properly mixed.
5. Place the nozzle at the bottom of the void to ensure no air is trapped during application. Ensure the nozzle
tip remains in the material.
6. Apply material onto substrate to fill void (slightly overfilling) and trowel/smooth to a level surface or desired
shape within 20 minutes. Repairs should not exceed 1 inch in depth.
7. Once fully cured, material can be sanded using a mechanical sander.
8. If applying a topcoat or paint, follow paint manufacturer’s guidelines.
