LEED® Statement of Attributes
What is LEED?
The LEED® green building certification program is the nationaly accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of green buildings.
How does it work?
LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.*
How do I earn LEED points?
Within the LEED building rating system, points are assigned for the use of products with a reduced environmental impact, sustainable design, and more. There are many DAP products that can be used to earn LEED points.
