Quality Manager - Baltimore, Maryland

DAP Inc., a leading manufacturer of caulks, sealants, adhesives, coatings and other home improvement products has a new and exciting opportunity at our Baltimore Plant for a Quality Manager.

You'll be responsible for managing quality assurance procedures and implementation of continuous improvement processes. You'll manage testing and monitoring of raw materials, products and product packaging.

Position responsibilities include:

• Support Continuous Improvement activities
• Maintain Color Standards
• Direct Change Management Process for Formulations
• Manage Plant Quality Audits and Vendor Assessments

We're seeking candidates with:

• 2+ years experience in Plant Quality environment
• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering desired
• SPC or Six Sigma experience is a plus
• You’ll need strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
